I-O Data Device USA Inc. has recalled their AC adapters sold with network hard drives. The adapters can overheat or melt and pose a burn hazard.
The recalled adapters are model number IO-ACADP1510UL and were sold with I-O Data network hard disk drives model number UHDL-160U or UHDL-300U.
Stop using the adapters and contact I-O Data Device USA for a free replacement. I-O Data Device USA can be reached at (877) 878-2926 or by visiting their web site.
