It wasn’t that long ago that these stats were a mystery to me so when I saw this article that explained them so well, I had to share. I hope that it helps explain in more detail what Facebook means by their Insights.
High Aspirations, Inc. clients can find these stats by going to their Facebook Fan Page, and clicking on “See All” to the right of Insights in the Admin Panel. If the Admin Panel is not displayed when you visit your page, click the “Admin Panel” button on the right of your cover photo, just above the timeline dates. On the Insights Overview page, your posts will be displayed below the graph and each post will have a column for Reach, Engaged Users, Talking About This (TAT), and Virality.
