Last Friday, WordPress version 3.3.2 was released. This release contains security and bug fixes. If your web site or blog is powered by WordPress, it is important that you upgrade your site’s software.

Late last month, Website Magazine reported that a study showed businesses that had switched to Facebook’s Timeline layout before the March 30^th deadline where showing increases in fan engagement.

Brands were seeing an increase of:

• 14% in fan engagement
• 46% in content engagement
• 65% in interactive content engagement (which includes videos and photos)

While it’s too late to get a jump start on Facebook’s Timeline layout for your fan page, it’s definitely not too late to start taking advantage of social media and the marketing and site promotion options they offer.

Website Magazine recently reported that SLI Systems, a site search provider, added functionality to ArtBeads.com‘s site search results to include how many times an item has been pinned via Pinterest next to their products.
